1. What is the procedure to Book a Home ?
Thank you for your interest, to make a booking all you need to do is select the project of your choice, you will be directed to the respective project page where you need to enter your details. You will be then directed to the payment gateway portal where you can making a booking either through your debit or credit card. However we encourage you to read the T&C to understand things better.

2. What is the booking amount?
The booking amount is Rs. 50,000.

3. How safe and secure is this platform for Online Booking?
The Payment Gateway is hosted on secure Instamojo network. On every successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with all your transaction details. You will also receive a call from our Sales team with 3 working days to complete the subsequent formalities.

4. Once I have Booked a Home online, what are the next set of steps?
On completion of a successful transaction, you will receive an Expression of Interest confirmation with a unique customer code. Within 3 working days, the Sales team will contact the applicant and carry out the subsequent processes of Unit Allocation and Allottment.

5. What is 'Expression of Interest'?
Expression of Interest will serve as a confirmation to the organisation towards a Booking, as per the details provided by the Applicant. However the Application and Alottment process would take place in discussion with Sales team and as per Company guidelines.

6. Will I get a receipt on Booking?
Yes, you will get a confirmation in terms of an Expression of Interest with a unique customer code. However allotment of unit will take place subsequently through interaction with Sales team.

7. Is net banking facility available to book a home in Ramkamal Property Developers?
Yes, Net banking facility is available to book a home in Ramkamal Property Developers. However credit card or debit cards are accepted.

8. Are credit cards / debit cards of all banks accepted?
Yes, all major bank networks of VISA and Mastercard are accepted.

9. Do I get a choice for selecting a unit?
You will have a choice of selecting a unit type (eg. 2 BHK / 3 BHK etc.) at the time of booking. However allotment of unit with specific details in terms of floor no., building no., location within the project will be decided basis availability as per the company policies.

10. Is the booking amount refundable?
The booking amount is non refundable. We encourage you to go through the T&C while booking in detail.
